I've read on a few sites (MyGolfSpy yesterday...mygolfspy.com/.../) that the TS2 and TS3 driver heads will be tested for CT.
My understanding is this will ensure more consistent performance when comparing driver heads.
Is this true and how does it work?
I was fit for TS3 at Titleist Thursday last week, and curious about this testing. My belief this is an advantage over other drivers/companies.

Testing each head will both prevent heads with a dead response as well as keeping the USGA at bay for any head out specs and super-hot. Titleist has also avoided some of the multi-material heads that I know from golfers I know have had reliability/cracked heads. Jail-broken is the phrase they've used. The TS2 delivered performs as well as the one used for the fitting. Can't say enough about the quality delivered. Whatever they are doing - it works!
