Who here plays a different shaft flex in irons versus woods? Reason being, I play stiff driver, 3w and 3/4 hybrid but in my irons, I play xp90 r300 shafts. Is this abnormal?

You should stop by your local golf shop or talk to the pro at your course, I think it's abnormal because iv'e never seen anyone have their shafts configured like that. But as long as your swing speed with the driver is much higher than irons there should not be a problem.

Not at all. My driver is 50g R, 3 wood is 60g R, 19 and 27 hybrids are 70g R, 7-8 irons are Project X Rifle 5.5, 42* and wedges are DG Wedge Flex.

I've played A flex on the driver, fairways and hybrids with regular on the irons and soft stiff on the wedges. My ball striking has improved over the past year so I've gone more firm on my clubs. I can't hit A flex anymore because I'll pull it severely. I can hit a stiff but tend to push a little.

For that matter, nobody says one has to play 1-3-5 woods 3-9 irons and space the wedges 4* apart. My bag is 11 clubs and my lofts are 11.25-14.25-19-27-32-37-42-48-56-64. I broke 80 in 2013 using a 13* driver, 19 fairway, 9 wood, 27 and 34H for the top end. I carry a strong 7 iron vs using standard loft 6 and 7.

Keep in mind that there is no standing rule amongst shaft manufacturers regarding flex. One company’s stiff maybe another’s regular. So no, not unusual.

But agree with fitting to make sure your set is optimized for your game.

Not at all. I go with my fitter's recommendations. I have Project X 6.5 in my AP1 irons and 6.0 in my TS3.

Even just my driver and 5W are different shafts and flexes. I load the driver differently than faiways/hybrids. The TS2 driver is a Tensai blue R and the fairway is the Kuro Kage A flex. This was done at TPI, so I have to trust it. The reason to get fit is to match you to the best shaft/flex for your swing and under the conditions you use it. Empirically buying all shafts the same may not be your best fit.
