What you need to realise is that for every degree you alter the loft you will also alter the bounce by the same degree.
You may get away with about one degree but any more could change their performance. Irons are manufactured so that lofts and bounce work together. There's a lot of science that goes into producing a golf club to give us hopefully the end result we all aim for in my opinion why mess around with it. I suggest before you go down that route try the AP2'2s they have a more traditional loft setup.
