New Titleist T100, 620 CB and 620 MB Irons

    Hey, Guys.

    New irons to be used at Pebble. They look fantastic as expected, can't wait to see them in action. The CB design looks to blend in better than previous models, The MB looks as good as ever. Not sure if the T100 is replacing the AP2, AP1 or both.

    Your thoughts and reactions on them?

    Those MBs look a think of beauty. Intrigued by the T100, but as only a few months into 718 CB ownership I won’t be going near any new irons for a while!!

    Hi, am I right to presume the T100 will be replacing the AP2 ? Is there going to be a T200 and T300 replacing the AP3 and AP1 ?

    I'm sure everyone has already read the email and saw them here: www.titleist.com/.../tour-launch so what are your thoughts? Here's a few of my initial thoughts...

    Love the looks of the T-100, CB and MB. The fuzzy pic I was able to find of the T-300 wasn't great but I'll wait for a good pic to make a final judgement. The T-100, 200, 300 naming convention will take some getting used to but I kinda dig it. Since the HBs left the 8** naming convention and went with TS, I noticed the irons took on the 8** naming convention but I'm not sure why? What was wrong with 720? Maybe because the irons are released on even numbered seasons, 16..18..20 so they wanted it start with an even number?

    Overall, I'm very excited to see how they perform this week at Pebble and I can't wait to see them in person the first chance I get!

    So I follow titleist on Snapchat and they showed the new mb, cb, and T100 irons. They are beautiful. The t100 looks sharp, similar to the 718 ap2. There are subtle changes to the cb and mb which look great in my opinion.

    A little bummed to see the end of the successful AP series irons, but still excited to see what these new sets have to offer!

    Yes, seems very likely that T100 = AP2, T200 = AP3 and T300 = AP1. While it will take a little while for those of us who know the iron line well to adjust, I think this new naming convention will be much easier to understand for most and also leaves some room for a super game improvement iron... T400 maybe?

    Also, by giving the MB and CB their own distinct series (620) I think you might see a situation where those irons get updated/evolve independently from the "T#00" line in the future.

    Lastly, I have to say I'm pretty intrigued by the new CB. Seems like a fairly significant update while the T100 is very close to the current AP2, at least on first blush.

    Excited to see these in person. I’m looking at replacing my irons this year and was waiting on the new cbs or ap2s. Looks like the t100 will replace the ap2?

    Love the looks of the CBs. Even the AP2/T100 look way better to current model. Now keen on the pics of T200s, my current AP3 gamer. New Titleist era begins now.
