  1. I just got off the phone yesterday with my club fitter, who talked to Titleist about what the hold up is with my order. Apparently a recent delivery of KBS shafts didn't meet their standards and the next massive delivery of "thousands of shafts" won't be in until late this month. I ordered my clubs on May 15th, I know my order isn't as long ago as some of yours, but hopefully we will be able to get our clubs sooner than later. Just wanted to provide insight into my fact finding mission.

  2. samething for me i order the april 10 2021 and still waiting...

Good news, you can feel better that they won’t push inferior equipment out the door.

I so miss the 10 business days from Titleist receiving the order until the clubs got to my doorstep. I’m coming up on 3 months for a LH TSi-2 hybrid and the last date is still a month out. First my fitter had a 4 week backlog, now this. My season will be half over on a process I started a month before it began.
  4. Where are you based, Michael? I am asking as i ordered the T200 irons on May 10th and haven’t heard yet. I ordered from Germany with delivery coming from UK I believe.
  5. I'm in in Herndon, VA, USA. When I called the pro they said that Titleist isn't communicating as they usually do. When I called directly to Titleist, they were very helpful. I was told that my pro was instructed to put all orders, regardless of if they were true custom or not to submit as a custom order. They prioritize all custom SKUs over the retail orders, which if that was the guidance... maybe they are swamped with process of custom instead of being able to fulfill minor alterations with retail SKUs

My understanding is there are not slot of irons left due to release of new irons. Have your pro call and check..I ordered a 5 iron for my T200 set and it took a while to receive it, said most irons are out of stock.

I read in another forum, that if you see it, buy it. Unfortunately, that is turning out to be true. I do not want to wait weeks for an order, so, no new clubs for me for a while, unless I find it in store. Hopefully, the supply chain gets sorted out, and, we can order and get clubs in a reasonable amount of time.
  8. My latest update from 12th April order is the first 2 weeks in July for my longer T300s.
  9. Might want to wait even longer now with the new release coming…

I ordered my son a set of T200's w/ KBS Tour 90 stiff shafts, three SM8 wedges and a TSi2 driver on 5/18 and they arrived on 6/15.

I did order them through my club after he was fitted at a Titleist demo day at my club, not sure if that makes any difference.
  11. I ordered my vokey wedges mid april, from the Netherlands, i am still waiting on them. I did order the KBS tour shafts in them. 50F,55M,60M. The 55 is a 56 bend to 55.
  12. I just spoke with Titleist a week ago... I had to change to Project XR stiff flex same everything as my KBS ones that I originally ordered... They said, "Everything looks good and everything is in stock with the new shafts, it will be 2-3 weeks for delivery."..... Not sure why it takes 2-3 weeks to assemble.

I think at this point COVID is one of the most overused excuses.. I'll be very glad when they come in, and from this experience I can say that I will probably look to other brands if/when I change to a different club more than likely.

The same problem exists with all golf club manufacturers right now. They don't have huge warehouses stocked full of components because they want the consumer to be able to have lots of customization options. They all rely on the supply chain to support components but that supply chain (mostly international) is broken. Partly from COVID, yes some countries are still under lock-downs, and mostly from shipping issues. Agree, we all want this to be over soon but it will still take a while and this certainly isn't unique to just Titleist.
  14. Same story here, ordered my T200’s on April 15 and just canceled the order last week as they wouldn’t be in production until July 27. Good news is I will order the newest generation of T200’s on July 29 and receive them around the same time as my old order. It’s been frustrating but look forward to playing with these new irons they look amazing. Hopefully KBS gets its act together!

KBS is a very reputable shaft company and should not be blamed. This is a worldwide supply issue with ships being delayed due to lack of workers to load and off-load containers, containers being lost a sea, and the list could go on. I know everyone is tired of hearing COVID and so am I but it is real. Probably worse overseas than it is hear, because of lack of medical facilities and access to vaccinations. Until this pandemic is under control demand is going to continue to be higher than supply. It is a fact of life right now and hopefully we can be supportive and bite the bullet. I am learning to live with it, because I cannot do anything about it. It is a way of life in the roaring twenties. Hopefully everything will hopefully get back to normal next year.
  16. March 9 order...T300's with KBS Tour. Just returned from our annual golf trip. Still. Waiting.

Let me add a little light on a similar situation. I called shop where I purchase all my clubs. Talked with the folks there today about the status of my TSi3 driver and was told it would not be in until August 22. We ordered it about three weeks ago. Told them how much I appreciated the update and asked for the Titleist order number, which they graciously gave me. When I got home I called Titleist customer service (clubs) with the order number and was told that the Fujukura shafts were the holdup but the shafts were in and that they were due to be built the first of next week and should out for shipment, next week. Being nice to the kind folks where you bought the club and additional perseverance sometimes gets you additional welcome information. If it arrives by FedEx in two weeks, I will be happy as punch.

I ordered the NEW T200 R/ on July 28 and was told they would arrive Aug28. I checked ion 8/28 and was told backorder due to heads and shafts. Maybe next month. Checked on 9/28. Still backorder, but I was on top of the list. 10/28 was told The shafts are backordered and projected date is FEB 2022. Not a happy customer.
Has anyone heard better news from Titileist?

Wow, are you a leftie, were your clubs standard or loft/lie tweaks, I know TGW currently has stock on the T200 right hand clubs with the AMT Black or Tensei red shafts.
  20. What shaft did you have ?
  21. I ordered my T100S irons with KBS Tour shafts. 10 weeks ago. No ETA in site. Does anyone know if any shafts are in stock?

Ships are sitting off the coast of California waiting on an opening at the docks. Those at the docks are waiting to be unloaded due to COVID and shortage of workers. Once unloaded shortage of trucks and drivers to transport the containers to their destinations. Once they reach their destination (warehouses) again COVID and shortages of employees.

Right now it is a vicious circle that is causing delays of all products into the US. If Titleist cannot get the parts because of the shortages I understand that there are long delays. Unfortunately it is tough time for the clubmakers and the consumers. Most of us on this site have experienced a delay in receiving products from Titleist, FootJoy or other companies and patience is one thing "I have come to practice". It is something that is going to be around for a while. I am a Titleist loyalist and am biting the bullet. Keeping in mind, that is just my style.
