I recently got a new set of T300 last year and I’m now consistently shooting in the mid 80s. I’m considering changing my clubs to the new T200s.

What should I know about the T200s and do you think they will perform better that the T300s?

  2. Hey man, congrats on the consistent scores! In all honesty, it seems like the T300 are working for you. I would wait it out another year or so as it seems that set is helping you improve.

To add on, I have an order of the new T200 on the way (upgraded from cally Rogue). The heads are a bit smaller and the T300 is a little hotter off the face with added distance and forgiveness. It's all about personal preference my man. Go test some out if you can and bring one of your T300 clubs and see how the match up as far as distance, consistency, forgiveness. Each club performs differently for everyone! Good luck my brotha and keep up those good scores!

Congrats on the good scoring. I don't think switching irons while continuing to make good progress would be the best thing for your game. Unless you just want New and Shiny, and there's certainly nothing wrong with that. Otherwise I'd stick it out with the T300 for a while.

I have the 2021 T300 and I can tell you they are the best iron I've hit in a very long time. I've played everything in the T lineup and the new T300 give the best overall experience of forgiveness and looks. During my fitting Ihit the T200 and T300, the fitter said I could play either just fine, but when sitting back and looking at it objectively the numbers just made more sense on the T300.

I bought the 2019 T300 last season and lowered my index to 6.2. I recently tried 2021 T200 and ordered them. My fitter thought the reduced offset helped me work the ball and reduced hook shots. Check with your professional if the T200 is the right club for your game.
