if you know someone in the mechanics or machining buis, or some others i"m sure., they likely would have a caliper to measure o.d. where it meets the ferule. length would be easy enough to measure. then you would just need to go to golfworks or a someplace like that and buy ones with the right spec's. Ferrules don't always come in the exact specs and may have to be turned lightly to match hosel width.

The stock OD of the T200 hosel is .525. All T series are this size. I had to take my older T200's apart as the SW was really messed going from a 50 G grip to a 59G grip. went from D1 to C6. lol. was terrible.

Any .535 ferrule should work and Golfworks have great ones
