Well start knowing what all the new irons are come summer 2023.
  3. I believe that the 621 MB’s are hard to beat. I’ve played many blades in my life and I have not played anything better. IMO

MB’s really don’t have a great option to adjust technology. Part of the reasoning for not updating for the 2021 iron release. The pro’s using MB’s were happy with them.
So they may or may not be updated with the T-series irons late next summer. Who knows, maybe the next release will be based on the JT (less offset) and AS (more offset) models instead of a single offset. Pure conjecture on my part.

  6. There will be new MB’s & CB’s in 2023…….expect tour seeding mid to late summer and release in Sept/Oct….
  7. Nothing yet. You sure about the new MB’s being released this year?
  8. Would love them to release a AS version with slightly more offset.
My favourite mb to date and still gaming them after trying several updated versions are the 714 mb.

After waiting and waiting…and researching and waiting. Then waiting some more I finally brought the 620mb irons. No matter how Many questions or conversations I had they all reverted back to one comment. “There’s not that much they can do to improve them.”
Even though I still fancied thoughts like a t-mb rebirth with mind blowing gains, the JT influenced set for the traditionalist. In the end it’s just an honest club with no excuses. You get out what you put in and for me that’s all there is.

Congrats Edwin G! Which model were you hitting before? Let us know what you find are the differences. I'm thinking of getting a set of 620mb also with T-100 for 4-iron. I'm currently using 712mbs and still love them.

    Joseph,

Prior to ordering, my gaming irons were 714 CB’s. I also loved them and during my wait had upgraded the shafts to “project x LS” shafts. The change in ball flight reason to fall in love again.
However I ordered a 620 MB 7 iron a year ago to exercise patience. Clearly I lost that exercise. However, ordering the single iron just provided game validation. Therefore no design change was worth waiting for and as of today my irons are shipping!
  12. I spoke with a Titleist rep and I was told some time next year. One difference will be the bounce. I heard something similar to M grind. That would be nice because I like my sand and lob wedges in M grind.

Wasn’t “wait ‘till next year” the battle cry for the Cubs and Red Sox for most of the 20th century? Titleist has done prototypes for the likes of JT, Adam Scott, and Cameron Champ. With different offsets for the 2 former players and less bounce for the latter. Maybe there will be an official announcement at the PGA Show.

Starting my own rumor, I wouldn’t be surprised if the 620 line stays and Titleist produced custom orders through 3D printing of irons with individual specified bounce, lie, and offset. Hard to imagine they could make a change in the limited market space for blades that would be acceptable to large numbers.
