TSR2 Surefit Issue

  1. Hello,

This might be a silly question but I think I have an issue with the surefit adjustment of my new TSR2 driver. I’d like to put it in the A2 position but the numbered ring doesn’t rotate. I’ve watched the video on the Titleist website which clearly shows it rotating. If it stays fixed it means my grip (Golf Pride +4 ALIGN) isn’t aligned to the face correctly so that surely can’t be the way it’s designed. Appreciate any help with this. Many thanks

  2. Looks like I’ve misunderstood the video, the numbered ring is fixed to the shaft that rotates.
Shame, I’d have thought someone would have designed an adapter which changes the lie angle but keeps the grip and shaft still facing forward.
Not a problem, all is good……looking forward to hitting the range later.

The numbered ring does not rotate on its own, so the shaft will rotate with it. Not a big deal if you don't mind the grip being out of line. Typically if you want the grip to align a certain way, you find the setting that fits your swing and then install the grip.
  4. Once you figure out exactly what setting works best for your swing, set it that way and take the club to a golf store , ask them to TRY and remove the grip without cutting it off and then reinstalling the grip so its aligned the way you want it...they might charge you a few dollars for doing so, but, it will still be cheaper than buying a new grip and paying for installation...or, maybe you will get lucky and they will do so for free...
