I recently purchased a set of 620 CBs for a really good price! 3i - pw. Is there any feedback on the feel of these clubs? Any thoughts or opinions are welcome!

Certainly an individual fit and feel issue. It does not matter how many people love them or not as long as you like them and they perform as expected. Personally, I would not purchase (even for a good price) a set of irons that I have never tested and may or may not be suited to my swing. The issue is not just the heads but also the correct shafts. If you play a round of golf you will hit maybe 14 drivers, but probably 18 to 24 iron shots. Controlling those iron shots will be the key to hitting more greens in regulation so getting the right irons might be the most important clubs in the bag. Hopefully these work out for you. If not, get fit and use them in trade. Good luck and low scores.

Dale V, you are being very conservative man! In a round of golf a lot of us are hitting about 20 drivers (with mulligans/OB) and 18-24 iron shots just on the front nine. =P

But, I'm hoping it wasn't a never tested as it's still available to demo at golf shops. I do buy used stuff online, but I already know what shafts work and what don't for my swing.

I like how your post on "opportunity to purchase 620 CB" is time stamped 45 mins after this "I recently purchased."

I can see it. That seems like a good deal, let me ask TT for thoughts....waiting for Titleist moderator?!!! What if someone else snatches it up...eff it! I'm buying it. Hey TT I bought some 620 CBs.

    ...

I don't have the 620 CB, but I do have a 712 CB/MB combo set that has stayed in the bag over 3 iron purchases, 2 of them being brand new current irons which neither lasted 1 month in the bag. What was initially purchased as a cheap unforgiving set to mess around on the par 3 course with has conquered all who oppose it.

If for no other reason that there few CB or MB purchases, there will be limited response. Those that do are devoted fans of those forged clubs. Hopefully you know what to expect with a CB as buying them based on price w/o experience might be a deal breaker.

I almost bought a 620CB 7 and 8 iron head but didn’t feel like outlaying $200 for two heads plus my 716CB 7 iron (32*) and MB 8 iron (39*) have been hitting pretty well since last year (have had a 695 set since 2020; CB 6 iron and MB 7-P). The T100S 9 iron in my bag was a whim and I had Jeff from Fairway Golf construct a club with S200 shaft; gets 4 yards more vs MB 8 iron. The seller reduced the price of the T200 8 iron to $49 and I hit it farther than both the Sumo 34H and CB 7 iron.
