I have a new 2017 Mid Staff bag. Don't know if the full staff bag is the same, but mine has 6 openings at the top, 3 dividers (horizontally). Fabric dividers go only part way down, maybe 6 or 7 inches short of bottom.

I don't have a new one. I have a Lightweight Staff Bag. It looks like a stand bag, but it doesn't have the stand.

One reason I chose this one is the extra divider that serves as a "putter well".

When you consider how revered the Scotty Cameron putters are and how much care most people extend to keeping their Scotty putters in nice condition, I'm surprised Titleist hasn't incorporated this into more of their bags.

I'm a Titleist FREAK, so it really limited my choices in bags. I play alll Titleist clubs, balls, FJ shoes and clothes. I might need to seek a 12 stroke program... :)
