    Finally found Headcovers for my Titleist persimmons. Hope to play them a few times this season for old time sake.

    Wow Deno... You have really looked after these beauties. They deserve the retro head covers.
    I've still got a couple of old laminates in the attic from when I first started playing - non-Titleist of course - but I don't think they would function these days. They were built to a similar design with a screwed-in metal plated base and screws in the face insert. The 3-wood snapped across the hozel and became a very useful paperweight!

    They are functional but they have to be hit "on the screws" without a doubt. Once they get dried out they will surely snap or crack. Some one did a beautiful refinishing job on the ones I have so keep them for old time sake.
