Grips are a personal preference. If you have larger hands then you can go up in size to a midsize or larger. If you like less taper you can always try one of the +4 grips. It all comes with trial and error.

I play the standard Golf Pride MCC grips with 1 extra wrap under the full grip. I also play the same grip in all my clubs. I also like the Golf Pride Tour Velvet grips as well but with as much as I play in the summer here in Florida they just get slick to fast.

I also play the standard Golf Pride MCC grips with 1 extra wrap. For me, it helps to have the exact same grips on all my clubs. But everyone is different and has different size hands. It's like asking a group if they prefer small, medium or large shirts. (kidding). On a serious note, I imagine golf shops will do grip size fittings if you're unsure.

AT 77, we are in the same distance group (TSI3, Fujukura Speeder 661 TR S shaft). I have played the GolfPride MCC Plus Four Midsize for many years. Have the same grips Driver all the way down to my wedges. I personally like the consistent feel.
