I was playing the last round of an annual golf trip. Our last stop was Bryan Park to play the Champion's Course, which is a group favorite year in and year out. We arrived at the 14th hole that has the lake in the background. We lasered the pin at 200 yards and I pulled my Titleist TS2 19 degree hybrid that I was fit for back in February. My playing partner, Brian, told me "Put a smooth swing on it because you've been hitting that club good all weekend". I took aim right at the flag and fired away on my Pro V1x. The ball started out fading a little bit right into the crosswind coming from the lake. As the ball reached it's apex, the wind had aligned it perfectly. It landed about 12 feet in front of the hole and rolled perfectly along the quick, Bermuda greens. Our biggest fear was that the ball had settled behind the flag and we just couldn't see it. A quick check with the rangefinder showed that the ball had indeed disappeared and the celebration ensued. Looking forward to chasing more in the future with my TS2 and Pro-V1x combo!!
