I was playing at Crosswinds Golf Club Jones side with friends and family. I got to the sixth tee box and shot a distance of 122 yards. The hole was uphill with strong winds in our face. My dad was confident with his wedge and stepped up to go first to see if it would be enough club to hit into the wind. He came up very short and told me to go with the 7 iron. I was about to hit, but I felt the wind die down so I switched out to a 9 iron. As I hit my shot, the ball started drawing right at the hole and landed about 6 feet in front of the hole. We all watched the ball slowly roll towards the hole, then it dropped and everyone on the tee box Went crazy. The other group with us on the fifth green ran over to celebrate and congratulate my ace. My dad and I drove up to the green, still shaking, and excited to see if the worn out Pro V1 was in the hole. I picked it up out of the hole and realized the dream of hitting a hole in one became a reality.
