I was on the front nine after playing the back nine first. I had just found out my oldest granddaughter was pregnant and I was going to be a great granddad (my grandkids already think I'm a "great" GD but this takes it to another level). The first par 3 after the good news was #4 at The Wetlands Golf Course in Lafayette LA. I was 120 out and hit a 9iron. The ball hit to the left and spun down the hill and hit the pin. I think I uttered something like "I think the ball stayed in the hole!"
