During our regular bi-weekly matches at the club (Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club, Stockbridge, GA), I got up to hit my shot to the 17th hole. A par 3 / 100 yard test. Bunkers left and right with a green that slopped away from you at the mid point.

I selected a 9 iron and while my playing partners were busy getting ready for their shot and cleaning their clubs. I hit a high shot that hit the green about 10 feet short of the hole. The shot was straight as an arrow. It rolled out towards the pin and disappeared. At fist I thought I had hit it over the green. My partner screamed it went into the hole!!!!!

We got the the green and verified the ball was in the hole. I jumped for joy.
