Today we were playing our usual 18 holes with our buddies. I was not having good day and my swing was off all morning. We came up to a Par 3 154 yards and we all decided see who can get closer to the png for $5. We all took the bet. I placed my ball down (of course a Titleist TrueFeel) and took a swing with my 7 iron and BOOOM! The ball had great flight and was dead center to the png. My buddies were like, "Man, looks like he might take it". The ball bounced once, then it disappeared. The guys playing beside us in another hole started to cheer, then my buddies joined in on the celebration. I was still in shock and disbelief. Given I just picked up playing the game in May, I just couldn't believe it. It was a pretty good feeling. The addiction for the golf game is in full effect.
