We were playing twilight golf at Heather Ridge Golf Club in Aurora, CO on Dec. 23rd, 2021. My son and I were matched up with two random gentlemen (Terry Rodgers and his brother). I was hitting my driver well all day and we walked up to the 9th hole a par 4 306 yards from the white tees. We waited for the group in front of us to clear the green and I teed off last using my Titleist 913 D2 9.5 degree driver. I absolutely crushed my drive and saw it bounce about 30 yards in front of the green. We walked about to the other's drives and I walked up another 40 yards and could not fond my ball. I dropped a second ball ( a different brand than what used to tee off ) and played it. I putted my ball in and then my son putted his ball in. My son reached down and pulled out three balls from the cup. He took his and asked the other gentlemen if the third ball was his, they said no that they had picked up their ball already. My son looked at the ball at it was the brand I used when I teed off and it had my initials on the ball in red Sharpie.
