On Wednesday March 5th I checked the weather and it was going to be a perfect Northern California day with high of 74. I had a few things scheduled, but all were randomly cancelled, so it golf was now an option. Just like the weather predicted it was a perfect day and I had been playing pretty well, I was 1 over approaching the 5th tee box. I shot the yardage at 122 so with the warm weather I decided to hit a smooth 48* gap wedge. The shot was a crisp high draw into the green. the ball hit just past the pin on the right side and zipped back and disappeared. The pin position was behind a slight mound and was just hidden from the tee box. The green has a drastic slope right to left and I waited for the ball to show itself on the left side, but it never showed. Everything about the shot felt perfect, but never did I think I actually made it. After approaching the hole and not seeing the ball on the green or in the rough I checked the hole where I found the ball. The stars aligned as the cart girl pulled up and the drinks began! Thank you Titleist for making superior equipment which gave a hack like me this experience.
