Playing Hawks Creek Golf Club in Fort Worth, TX this last Sunday 4/10/2022. Windy day, upwards of 25 mph, so I decided to try out the new AVX balls.

Hole #10, 181 yard Par 3.

I decided to hit a low draw (left handed), to keep it under the trees the best I could and to wrap around the bunker - pin position was short right side behind a green side bunker.

It took 2 bounces, and rolled in. I was in complete shock, me & my 2 friends hopped in the cart and went immediately to the green. When we pulled up, there was no ball in sight, and that’s when it fully settled in.

Very emotional moment. My friends almost tackled me they were so excited, and we took a few minutes to celebrate and take in what just happened.

I think I’ll be using AVX balls more often!
