What a memory! I have been golfing for as long as I can remember. My father, Bill Lytle, was a Professional Golfer. He had a Titleist ball sponsorship for many many years. Safe to say I have been a Titleist fan my entire life!

On Saturday April 23rd, 2022 I finally achieved the unimaginable. It was a gusting day at Dayton Valley Golf Club in Dayton, NV. With my trusty Titleist 818 H2 Hybrid 4 iron in hand I teed up my AVX #1 for flight. We were looking at a 200 yard all carry shot which was playing about 5mph into the wind. I picked my target a few yards left of the pin and let it fly. We knew it was good .... but we had no clue how good.

As we approached the green we noticed it oddly empty. My first thought was that I went long and was in the back bunker. As I walked to the green, wedge and putter in hand, my life long friend thought to check the cup. As a shock to everyone, there it was. My first hole in one on my home course with my weekend golf crew!

I know my dad was looking down on that day proud and smiling. He had 7 hole in one's in his lifetime. Now I can finally say I have one!
