Number 18 at Fairlawn Country Club is a 186 yard par 3 slightly up hill and seemingly always into the wind. I've come to 18 too many times to count needing a par to break 80 but only to come away a beaten man. Not on September 27, 2022! Unfortunately, we didn't see it go in but it never left the flag. Because of my history on the hole, I was expecting the worst. Walking up to the hole after surveying the green, someone said, "Check the hole"...............
