Well it took 57 years of golf to finally get my first hole in one at my course in Courtenay BC ( glacier greens).. You may be interested to know that I finally bought my dream Volkey wedges less than two weeks ago. On this particular hole ( number 12 , only 117 yards) I used my 52 degree wedge. With the great spin the ball backed up 2 feet into the hole! Oh and I was using my usual ProV1 ball!
