Playing at a charity event, Texas scramble shotgun start in a 4-ball at The Carrick course at Loch Lomond.

Started on hole 17 and teeing off at hole 16, it was a 132yrd par 3 with water down the right hand side. I initially selected an 8 iron but had on a previous hole aimed to hit this a similar distance and was short. I changed to a 7 iron. Shot landed 30ft from the pin and rolled across the green left to right and into the hole. Fortunately was able to witness the full thing
