I have been playing a few times a year for about 10 years but started playing a lot last summer because I got a pass and found some friends at work to go with. I was playing with my boss on Thursday march 12 and hit my 6 iron from 165 yards. The shot was on line and rolled into the cup. I was excited but I’m not the type of person to celebrate myself so it was kind of anticlimactic. We took a couple pictures and moved on. The course was pretty slow so the group in front barely noticed, just saw us taking pictures and there was no one behind us. No beers afterwards since I had to go pick up my kids from the baby sitter. Now I’m looking forward to getting another one when I’m playing with my husband or kids (6 & 10- both just started playing as well).
