  1. So last week the Smyetra/LPGA Tour stopped at my course and one of the european players from France asked me to caddy for her since I speak French. So the first day after her tee shot we are walking down the first fairway to her ball and we are comparing yardages. She is saying 136 and I am saying 150 yards. I am rechecking my yardage book and pin sheet...and still coming up with 150. She finally says, "wait a moment, are you saying yards or meters?" I start chuckling....I forgot as a european she only knows meters...I had to do a quick lesson on my phone how to convert! LOL...lucky she didnt fire me after the first day.

Could have had some more fun if you lived in Denver. I was noticing the Seniors would be 166 yards out and the caddies were giving yardages like 135 - apparently accounting for elevation pressure changes as well for golfers used to playing closer to sea level..
