Golo 5 DB - Head weight adjustment

    I've got a Golo 5 Dual Balance at 38". I'm not getting along with the Dual Balance/counterbalanced shaft and heavier head.

    Is it possible to have the shaft cut down to 35" and adjust the headweight to a more reasonable weight (350 gram?). I believe the Golo 5 DB is around 400 grams.

    You will be able to adjust the sole weights however the insert weight is not changeable since you have the larger DB Shaft. I would recommend selling it OR removing the butt weight and just shortening the club and trying that way, you can also remove the sole weights and exchange them for 5 grams...that should get your static weight substantially lighter but it will still be heavier than a std Golo 5.

    are both 50gram increases in the shaft itself? Say I use a new shaft entirely, is that possible? Or are the head of the DB and the head of the non DB golo 5 different.
