Was putting with someone elses SS NP2 and I really liked how their 30g felt compared to the 35g stock I just got. Are these user replaceable? I couldnt find how to order them on the scotty website and i saw there are ebay weights (probably not genuine).

Pretty pricey on the Scotty site. I purchased on Ebay and they fit perfect on my NP 2.5 and felt good. Didn't have any issues installing them either..

I tried an ebay wrench and couldnt get the weights loose. I ended up just sending it in as I wanted a different grip anyway. Scotty makes this harder than it should. Weight changes don't permanently alter the club, they should have DIY kits available to order. No different than re-gripping

The weights can be removed. Some scotty weights have a little glue or sediment in the treads. If you hea the head with some hot water on a stove, the metal will expand and allow the weights to be pulled out. Takes less than two minutes and is easy as could be. I have weight from 10-30 grams and dound that the 25's work best for me.
