    Hi there

    Can anyone help me confirm the tip diameter of the 6STR

    I think I read it’s .382 flared shaft needed

    Is that right?

    Ian,

    I took measurements from my X 6 STR. The OD of the shaft is 0.352", but there is no taper at the tip of the shaft for at least 1.25". I can't tell you the ID or the OD of the spud on the head, though.
