I tried to record a score earlier, and even tho I had my course checked, it wanted me to select a golf course before I can post. Good to see the new balls listed tho :)

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the post. I just tested the score entry in My Game and was able to post a score. Do you mind trying again and also letting me know what browser you are using? This will help us troubleshoot the issue if it persists. Thanks a lot.

Mike,
I just tried again, it still says to select a golf course, I am using Internet Explorer 8 and had no problems until today, I posted my last score on the 19th
Paul
Thanks for the info, we'll take a look. In the meantime, can you let me know the course you selected? Thanks.
I appreciate you looking into this. Using this feature has really helped my game. Having a record of FIR, GIR, Putts etc. seems to make the data more real ... and therefore makes me "want" to do better.
I have 3 courses listed under "Recently Played Courses". The first one is my home course "Lee Park Golf Course Parks" and is the one I selected this time as well.
Thanks again for looking into thisPaul
I tried once again today, I still can't record my score, it asks me again for the golf course. That is ok, I have added the stats that I get from here to the spreadsheet I fill out after each round. I fully recommend recording your score and following the stats from here ... tho I will miss recording my score here at Team Titleist, I will still keep track of the same stats ... it really has helped my game a lot :)
Did you select a golf ball model at the bottom of the enter score page? We've tried to replicate the issue on our end but have not encountered any issues. Sorry to say this one currently has us stumped. Let me know if the golf ball selection element helps. Thanks.
Even when I don't use Titleist golf balls (cold weather when I can't even think about spin) I record "other" ... I have been recording scores since early 2011, now it asks me to select a golf course ... I golf at the same course "Lee Park" ... but it doesn't let me submit the data now .. as I said, I have added the stats I kept here on my spreadsheet, so I am still benefitting, but I did enjoy posting on this site .. I also enjoy the many other benefits, so I will still log in regularly :)
Quick update. The good news is we found the issue, however it may take some time for us to fix it. But I do have a temporary fix for you. Instead of checking the box off next to Lee Park, you can enter the course manually by selecting South Dakota in the State drop down, then the "L" in the second drop down, from there you can add a course manually by clicking "I don't see my golf course" (see image below). This will allow you to post the score. I know it's not ideal, but it should hopefully serve as an okay work around as we fix the underlying issue. Thanks again for your patience.
The team must have been moving faster than I can type. Do you mind trying to enter a recent score from Lee Park Golf Course again? I was just able to enter a test score successfully. You might need to search for the course again from the listing as shown in the image above, but then you should be all set. Let me know if that works for you.
I tried again today ... success :)
Thanks guys, i love this feature, it really helps keep the "easily forgotten" part of a round relevant.
