My old Titleist lightweight stand bag is wearing out.  I've had it for years and it's served me well.  I'm looking to get another one and wanted to solicit my fellow TT members to see what they like.  I walk 99% of the rounds I play, and when I walk, I always carry.  I'm trying to decide between the Ultra lightweight or the lightweight.  

Sometimes I carry a rain jacket and rain pants, but other than that and the occasional sweater or beverage, I don't really need much storage.  I'm not sure if the 4 way dividers are worth the extra 1.6 lbs.

What are your thoughts on the major differences?
