Have been referred by my neurosurgeon to a pain management specialist and am supposed to start a PT program to develop a stronger core to take the stress off my back. The Physical Therapist I am going to specializes in working with athlete's with back issues. I will ask his opinion of the program and it's benefits once I have completed the program. Looked it up online and interesting concept.
