I've just started to work with a TPI Personal Trainer. Had the evaluation last week and will begin with my plan this week.
Been doing some things for years on my own: Roger Fredericks for flexibility, and MyTPI DVDs from Tom House, Jason Glass, and of course Golf Fitness Academy's Dr. Greg Rose, and Dave Phillips.
Anyone else working out with a TPI Personal Trainer? What can I expect?
