SM8 56 Sole Chrome Finish Wore Off

    My SM8 56 degree wedge sole looks as if it's rusted. I'm advised that it is normal but I haven't seen it yet with other clubs I own or my friend's SM6 or SM7. Does anyone else see something like this with SM8 or other wedge?

    Just a possible explanation for why your 56 is showing this but not the others, could be it’s higher use in sand conditions. Could have blasted some sand in grooves over time leaving this color/finish different that clubs more often used in grasses?

    Normal if it's your bunker choice and you play a lot.
    If you don't use it in the bunkers, you need to adjust your lie angle.
