My set up is a bit different. I play T350s but my PW is a 44 also. I love the 48W that comes with the set then I go with the SM9 52.08F and 56.10S.

Best to work with a fitter.
Increase the loft on the P ?
Decrease the loft on the 50?
Both?
Swap to a 48 wedge?
I have less than 14 clubs, so for now I have the set 48 (full shots) and a 50 wedge (partial shots) for the time being.

What club do you like to use around the green the most? Then gap downwards off that. For example, my club around the green for most shots is a 56 degree that is also my stock 100 yard club and the club I use for partial wedge shots less than 100 yards. So I’m going with a 56 no matter what. Then I gap in between the 56 and my 44 degree with a 48 degree that matches my set of T200s and a 52 degree Vokey. I confirmed outside and on a launch monitor the carry distance for my 48 degree and then hit the 52 on a launch monitor to make sure it split the difference between the 48 and 56. Don’t just go off degrees of loft, make sure the yardages you hit the clubs are properly gapped.

I am looking at the same thing actually. I have moved from T100 to T150 and I have always played the set PW - as a result I have moved from a 46 degree PW to a 44 degree. Set PW makes sense for me as I almost always use it with a full swing, relying on the Vokey wedges inside the PW distance.

At the other end I have been using a 60.04T Lob wedge with great success so I think those are the two goal posts. That said, I rarely use it as a full swing so the gapping will run from my PW. We have also just added the Better Billy Bunkers at our course (major reno last summer) so I am expecting softer than normal conditions for the bunkers for the summer (i.e. more bounce required).

Right now I am thinking either 48.10F or 50.08F as a gap and either 54.12D or 56.12D as SW but need the snow to melt (or travel south) to do some testing with my fitter. Can't wait to give them a try and get them in the bag!

I play T100s also and tried both the set 48* and Vokey 48F.
48* is full shots for me and currently using the set 48* because I get just a little more distance (few yards) and it sits more square at address vs Vokey.

From there, I tried 52F Vokey, but the F grind was limiting me around the greens - standard sole with no relief to open the clubface.
Decided on 54S Vokey, bend back to 53* for gapping to 48* on a full shot.
Then have 58S and considering swapping to 60* with SM10 - will be testing with other grinds when available.

I have been playing with this exact issue for a while now with my T100s and keep swapping between the 48 that came with the set, or the 52 Vokey... I have 52, 56, 60 SM9.

Now, I am considering removing the 60 in favor of keeping both of those in the bag... or switching to 54, 58 when I redo my wedges. The gapping hits me hardest at 115-100 yards... struggle to get it close at that distance for some reason.

I went T100S gap at 48 - then SM9 54 10S - then 60 4T . 6 yard gap and I get a bit of bounce with the 54 and low bounce with the 60

I have a T200 43°, 48° and SM9 48°, 52°, 58°. Both 48° carry the same distance, but I prefer the SM9 over the T200. I have a SM9 50°, and have not put it in my bag.
