WELCOME

We're excited to introduce the inaugural Team Titleist Trans-Tasman Cup, which will be held at Te Arai Links from Thursday 13th November 2025 to Friday 14th November 2025.

This is a Presidents Cup-style team event played over two days on the North Course and South Course at Te Arai Links. Two teams will be formed, with golfers representing Australia or New Zealand. The first day will be fourball match play, followed by singles match play on the last day. 

This event is limited to 22 players, and more information can be found below. 

Registration opens on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 12pm to Friday 4th June 2025 at 5pm.

GOLF COURSE

The Trans-Tasman Cup will be played across the North and South Course at Te Arai Links

EVENT FORMAT

The first day will be four-ball matchplay, which will be played on the South Course. 

The final day will be a singles matchplay and will be played on the North Course. 

ACCOMMODATION

The entry includes one night's accommodation at Te Arai on Thursday night. If you wish to extend your stay, don't hesitate to contact Te Arai Links directly to discuss availability. 

THE PLAYGROUND

The Playground is the Largest putting green in the world. After the first round, there will be a putting competition organised for everyone before we head to dinner. 

WELCOME DINNER

We invite all participating golfers to join us for a dinner at the Ocean Restaurant, which overlooks the 18th of the South Course and the Pacific Ocean.

Each golfer will receive the following as a part of the entry fee:

  • Two rounds of golf at Te Arai Links (North and South Courses)
  • One night’s accommodation on the Thursday night at Te Arai Links
  • Food and beverages included
  • The Trans-Tasman Cup Team pack includes a golf bag, apparel, golf balls, and many more limited Trans-Tasman Team Titleist gifts. It will be sent to you before the event.
  • There will be an opportunity to win additional prizes over the two days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I secure a spot in this event?
Entries for this event are conducted via a lottery draw. You must register to play during the registration window (Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 12pm to Friday 4th June 2025 at 5pm). Successful golfers will be contacted via email.

How much is it to enter?
The entry fee is AUD 2,799. Prices for New Zealand entries will be converted with the exchange rate at the time of selection.

When will payment be taken?
If you have been successful and selected for this event, an associate from Titleist will reach out to confirm your entry and finalise payment.

Will you take a pre-authorisation on the card I use to register?

Yes. A pre-authorisation will be taken, but no funds will be charged. A pre-authorisation of $100 has been placed on your card that you used to register. Please note that this is not a charge, it is a temporary hold placed on your credit or debit card for a specific amount, reserving those funds until the final transaction is completed or the hold expires. If you are successful and receive a place in this event, we will contact you prior to charging the remaining balance.

How many spots are there for this event?
There are 22 spots available.

What if I'm not an Australian or a New Zealander but still want to play?
When you register for the event, we will ask you to nominate a team you want to represent. All team merchandise does not include the country's flags but will consist of a special event logo.

Are motorised carts included?
Motorised carts are not included unless advertised or stated in the booking details. If a motorised cart is required, please get in touch with the host club before the event to organise. Motorised carts will be at your own expense.

Accommodation
Is the accommodation a single share or a twin share?
Each golfer will have their own room at Te Arai Links for the Thursday night only.

What if I want to extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay or book earlier, please contact Te Arai Golf Links directly on +64 (9) 883 4600. Any additional nights will be at your own expense.


Travel Information

Are transfers included from the airport to Te Arai Links?
No. All golfers are required to make their own way to the Te Arai Links from Auckland Airport. Te Arai is located just over 90 minutes from Auckland Airport. We recommend hiring a car or carpooling with another player.

Are flights included?
No. Flights and travel costs are at the golfer's expense.

Conditions of Entry

What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are available 14 days before the event, providing a replacement player can be found. Any refund will incur a $15 admin fee at the time of processing.

If I book and can't play, can I pass my entry to a friend or family member?
No. Unfortunately, entries are not transferable, and any cancellation will be subject to the cancellation policy.


On Course Photography

Will there be a photographer to capture the event?
Throughout this event, we will have a photographer and videographer capturing this amazing experience. If you wish not to be in any photos or videos, please let us know prior to the event. All images and videos could be used for Titleist marketing purposes.
