    So I'm thinking of getting a new golf bag this year.. It's been a while and think it might be time for an upgrade especially after seeing the new line this year... Very interested in the Players 4 stand bag... Gonna wait a few months until my course opens so I can get it customized with the course logo and i'll try to figure out where to put the epic TT logo... But a few questions;

    How often do you swap/replace your golf bags?

    The course logo will be going where the ball pocket is. What's a good place for the TT logo on the new golf bags this year? Give me some ideas please :)

    Cheers

  2. Speedy, I'm on my 4th back since 1994. So, that puts me at about a bag every 6 years or so. It's sad that I can remember back that far. I'm a believer if it's not broke, don't fix it.

    I just got the Players 4 Stand bag for Christmas this year and I’m already loving it , id put the TT logo on the ball pocket as well or on the side of the bag that shows when you carry it. Hope you enjoy it.

    Speedy,
    I tend to replace mine about every five years, so 2019 for me. I've seen some bags on Golf Locker that only have the Titleist logo on one side (left side), so maybe you can order one like that and have the TT or Club logo put on the right side.

    Whenever you settle on one and have it in hand, post some pics.

    Really like my black Players 4 bag. The whole cover will unzip on the front lower pocket and that's what usually gets embroidered. I seem to replace the bags way before they wear out. Like cars, i see the new models and can't help myself. I have the black Players 4 and last year's StaDry 4UP and a like-new 2016 light carry in black/red/white.

    I always think the TT logo looks at its best on the ball packet in full view

    I purchased the 2017 Players 5 Stand Bag right before the new year and love it! Nice improvement over the Lightweight Stand Bag I was using before (think it might have been a 2014 model? IDK).

    Anyway, I don't replace my golf bags often unless I'm having a problem. That said, I've probably had 4 different bags in the last 8 years. Started with a Sun Mountain stand bag. Didn't like the way it fit on carts though so I traded for a png cart bag. Later decided I didn't want that anymore because even though it was good on the course, it fell over all the time without legs to support it. So, I bought my first Titleist bag and enjoyed that, but started to suffer the same issues I had with the Sun Mountain bag. Also, it was a 3-way bag and I just didn't really care for that - wanted a few more dividers. Enter my new bag which I got at a great price since I work part-time at a golf shop now. The new base design alleviates the frustrations of previous stand bags and it's nowhere near as bulky or clumsy as a cart bag.

    As for the logo, I have no idea honestly. Never had a desire to put any extra logos on my bags and I don't see a good place for it that isn't taken up by a Titleist logo or padding/protection.

    Hopefully you can have both done. I had the TT logo put on the ball pouch and my name on the side panel done a few years ago.

    You're just trying to get into the handsome status.

    My choice is the Mid Size Staff Bag. I have the 2016 model. It fits well on my push cart and is the perfect size for a riding golf cart as well. Plenty of pockets for balls, gloves, tees, rangefinder, and valuables pouch. Plus room for sunglasses, reading glasses, iPhone, and miscellaneous items. For my needs and use, I have never had a better golf bag. It is wearing well. I probably will not replace it for at least two more years. And when I do, it will be another Mid Staff Bag.
