Club flew off T200 iron

  1. Launched the head off my T200 7 iron yesterday, on the driving range. Have not even got to play a round of golf with them yet. They are still basically new!

    Call Customer Service at 800-742-7609 and they will take care of the issue. You can also go back to the retailer that you purchase the clubs from and they will be able to initiate a warranty claim for you.
  3. Hi all

    I received my new titleist t200 about two/three weeks ago. Played a few times and the club head of the 7 iron flew off. The shaft also seems to be broken. Obviously, I’m very disappointed and I will reach out to titleist. I’ve also talked to my retailer but they don’t seem to be very responsive…

    Go camp on your retailer's doorstep. Titleist needs to get it returned through them. That's how Titleist tracks products, not directly with the consumer unless it was something you purchased directly through the website.
  5. Don’t have a t200 question but thought I throw it out there.

    I purchased 2021 t100 irons about three weeks ago and have played several rounds with them. I’ve noticed that there’s dents and nicks on several of the irons in spots were they shouldn’t be any wear. I’ve been playing with a set of dci’s and barely have a dent from bag chatter and have played them since high school. It’s like the metal is extremely soft around the backside of club. Hard to explain. They might be defective. What should I do? I payed a lot of money for my irons.
  6. Purchased my son a custom set of T200, the 8 iron head flew off about 2 weeks ago and yesterday the 7 iron head flew off.

    He plays on the high school varsity team, I'm just thankful they haven't flown off during a tourny.

    In regards to Titleist support, there isn't any other than go back to the retailer I purchased the set through even though Titleist built the set and shipped them to me.

    Quick and dismissive has been my first and only experience with Titleist customer support.
  7. An update, we've now had 3 heads fly off the last being this past weekend and a tourney. Golf Galaxy has been good to deal with, like us, have been waiting on titleist to make it right.

    I'm afraid at this point it's too late my son's now been fit for a new set of miz Irons. It's sad titleist customer service took such a turn for the worse.

    Through all of this and my communications with Golf Galaxy and titleist not once has a titleist rep contacted me, not once. They truly could care less.

    Again, Golf Galaxy has been very good, quick to reply and really seem to be stuck in the middle.
