  1. Got fit by my GolfTec instructor and was surprised that I hit TSR3 with faster ball speeds and tighter dispersion with my mishits being just as good as with TSR2. I was planning on getting TSR2 because it is advertised as being the most forgiving model and better for those who "use the whole face" of their driver, definitely me! The TSR3 is super forgiving though and ball speeds and carry distances were very consistent even on mishits. You definitely need to try both heads to find the one that performs best for your swing, but definitely don't shy away from TSR3 thinking it is only for better players who strike it in the sweet spot every time. The ability to adjust loft, lie and Surefit weight and CG position makes the TSR3 really capable of fitting alot of golfers. I hit the Tensei Blue, and both Hzrdus shafts and the CK blue was giving me my best ball speeds, launch, and spin rates. I gained almost 5 mph ball speed over my TM Stealth 9 degree driver with KBS TD 60 stiff shaft! TSR3 is the best looking and feeling head I've ever hit. Good luck finding the right one for you!

Got fit by Josh Wright (our regional Titleist fitter), and he was awesome as always. I also did fitting at two big box stores that shall not be named, but Josh was head and shoulders above. Got into a TSR2 at 10 degrees with the UB-6 shaft and it's a dream. For someone like me who likes to introduce the ball to the entire face of the club, it's a great improvement over my TSi3. And somehow the sound is nearly identical across the face, which is a great boost to my confidence. The next step is a fairway metal or two.
  3. So I sent in my review and since it didn’t rave about the Tsi drivers it will not be published. SAD that Titleist is like this. Wish I had an opportunity to try a driver on course as maybe my opinion would have changed.

Maybe it was not published since it was a TSi and not the TSR which has been out for over a year now. No point in providing a review on a driver that is well out of production and unavailable to purchase from Titleist.

I was fitted with a TSR3 driver and TSR2 15 degree in September 2022. I loved them so much, I scheduled for another fitting in the spring of 2023 for 21 degree TSR2 (7 wood) and it has become my "go-to" club in my bag. So easy to hit and I can use it from 180 to 205. It replaced the two hybrids I had in my bag.

I was fitted for my TSR back in May and it has been nothing but amazing. I love the consistency I have with this driver and how "hot" it comes off the clubface ( I've picked up close to 13 more yards with this driver).
The look at address is fantastic and provides me with the confidence to put a good swing on most of my drives.

Have put in both a TSR driver and fairway metal this year
The TSR 3 driver has the confidence on every box, high, low, draw, fade. Sound and feel and on par with Titleist expectations. The TSR 2 7 wood has been the biggest upgrade in my bag, I can hit every shot imaginable with this club. Tee shots, approach shots, bunker shots. Low under trees, high into the green. This club became an automatic favorite when I put it in play. Only regret is I didn’t do it sooner.

I finally put a Titleist driver back in the bag recently. I had gone away from Titleist after the 917 and the TSR was my first time back. Might seem a little odd but driver was the only club in my bag that wasn't Titleist... everything else has been Titleist for the last 15 years or so. I went with a TSR 2 9 degree with Ventus Blue 6x. I am so happy I made the move to the TSR 2; it has been a really great club. Its quite impressive how ball speeds are maintained across the face. Mishits low on the face and high on the toe maintain good speed and a much more consistent amount of spin than I've seen on other drivers. The consistency along with the distance is what did it for me.

I use a TSR2 10 degree and it has been so good to me. I used a TM Stealth and didn’t get a good response with it. After playing with some friends who use the TSR and I jumped aboard and never looked back. Thank you Team Titleist!

I started with the TSR1 following a stroke that slowed my swing speed. The TSR1 Driver helped me play golf through my rehab period. I now hit the TSR3 driver as my game has returned even better then before. At 58 I get great distance averaging around 275 yards, and great consistency. I went from stroke in January to qualifying for and playing in the VGA Tour National Championship in September. I have always played Titleist equipment. There is not better technology or golf equipment in the market. Thanks Titleist!!

I made the decision more on impulse. I switched from TSi2 this August. While I wasn’t fit this time around, it’s been a game changer for me. I switched shafts to the Tensei White from the ProForce V2 that I had in my 910. I was frustrated at the beginning of last season as I was constantly losing distance both off the tee and tee to green. A few minor swing changes and the TSR2 is delivering bomb after bomb where I want to hit it. I have moved the setting a few different places and it is literally plug and play. Never been this confident off the tee and I am getting similar distance to when I was 20. That’s a huge win for me!

It looks like my season is officially over up here in South Dakota. Looking back at my year the TSR3 was easily one of the highlights. I can pretty confidently say this has been my best year of driving the ball in quite some time (the G425LST was close, but not quite as good). The combination of forgiveness, distance and looks is so good.

I tried a few different head/shaft combinations throughout the season and always came back to the stock Tensei Black. I think I give up a little distance with that shaft but the accuracy was fantastic.

Usually at the end of the season I get the itch for new and shiny but I have zero desire to even look at anything different for next year.

I had an independent fitting at a top 100 fitter. I played a cally driver and the TSR 3 was 8 yards longer on my misses and the dispersion was only 5.8 yards. The feel is great and I couldn't feel anymore confident.
  14. I think Titleist clubs are the best. The drivers are the straightest and have gotten longer in recent years
  15. I started golf as a 5 yr old playing with a couple of cut down wooden shafted clubs, developed a decent game over the years and then quit in my early 40s to devote all my time to business. 30 years later I started again and obviously the equipment in golf had gone through major improvements and changes not to mention the fact that I was 70 years old and no where near as strong as I once was, so I was initially fitted with a png driver and fairway woods which did a great job of re-developing confidence and timing in the new game. But something wasn't right - so one day I noticed a Titleist tent on the driving range of our country club and wandered over. The fitter experimented with several shafts and a couple heads and ended up handing me a TSR2 with a pretty flexible shaft - The png is a fine driver, but I love the looks and feel of that shiny big headed Titleist driver, the sound of a well struck ball and the consistency I've developed with the club. My next step is to stop at the tent this year and look at a couple hybrid clubs - maybe even a 3 wood.
  16. I have been #teamtitleist since I was in high school and saved up paper route money to buy a 905R. My last driver was a 917 which I enjoyed a lot.

My local course hosted a Titleist fitting and I signed up to see what the new TSR models were like.

As a lefty it is a challenge to find clubs and further availability with driver heads. Not to mention having a rep who could help match the correct shaft and setting.

Long story short after a 90 minute session, trying the TSR 1,2 and 3 along with 5–7 shaft options I landed with the TSR3!

My handicap is down 6 shots this year after finding out I had the wrong setting based on my swing with my previous model.

The rep used her iPad to show me where my point of impact was and the difference between where I had it and where she set me. I am bombing the ball with confidence and consistently am asked by friends what I did to change my game. The answer is simple - TSR3!

Thank you for a great product and even better experience with your rep helping tune the club just right.
  17. As a fitter I see all the latest and greatest, as well as many swings by different golfers. I have to say that the TSR line fits pretty much everyone. There’s definitely something for everyone. When it came to choosing my driver I pretty much knew the direction I was going in. Being someone who struggles with spin at times, low spin is a must. A lot of manufacturers claim to have a low spinning product, but at times it’s just that, a claim. Titleist TSR 4 is where I went right away. Had great numbers, but wanted more speed across the face. I found that, along with low spin with the TSR 3. I tried a few different shafts, but went back to my favorite. Tensei 1K white. The combination, for me, is the best. Every time I do a fitting I bring out at least one TSR head, even if they weren’t thinking titleist. I think it’s only fair to show them, what I believe to be, the best line of drivers on the market.

I was playing a cally Rogue ST LS with a Tensei White stiff shaft. My swing speed is 105 but my transition is pretty aggressive. I was still getting a lot of spin and noticed one day my club was having a Titleist fitting. I was really curious about the TSR series drivers and wanted to see if a TSR could help me out. Throughout the fitting we tried several shafts and weights going back and forth between heads. Eventually I went with a TSR3 with a HZRDUS Black gen 4 shaft in a TX. The TX helps me maintain control throughout my transition and through the ball. I’ve never hit so many fairways as I have since making the switch this past April. It’s an incredible feeling driver and it has quickly become my favorite club in the bag.
  20. I put TSR3 in the bag this fall. I was curious reading what you guys were saying about the TSR lineup and wanted to go get fit with a regional Titleist fitter. Coming from cally I saw more ball speed with the same height, and more carry distance. Most of the balls were hit in the middle of the club face or slightly on the heel. We tinkered around to get a consistent flight and settled with the weight in the middle. I love how much pop this driver has. Miss hits aren’t too punishing and when it’s on it’s on.

Hello there, Junior golfer here! I'm happy to share my experience with Titleist drivers, which I have been using for the past 3 years. I was fitted 2 years ago with a Tsi1 before I upgraded to a TSR3. I did the fitting at True Specs Golf and the fitting results showed the added mass appears to allow a little less spin and more distance. I gave it a shot and I never looked back. I've been using it for my competitions/tournaments since March this year and it makes my drives consistently straight, helping me lower my scores. In a nutshell TSR3 is a great driver, and I'm overall a big fan of Titleist products including the excellent Pro V1 balls.
