I finally got the text! After nearly 2.5 months of waiting my new irons have shipped and will be delivered on Thursday. Pretty excited to finally be putting them into play

For perspective, I am 57 years old, my current handicap is +0.5, and I compete in local/regional amateur and senior professional events as an amateur. Handicap this year was as low as +3.4 but declined due to the number of tournaments that I played over last two months on some tough course set-ups and less than stellar play. My 7 iron swing speed is 85 mph with carry of 165 yards. Driver playing speed is 107mph with 265-270 yard carry. My two gamer sets at the time of the fitting weree Miura 502C's and cally 2024 TCB's. Both shafted with Modus 120S.

The 2025 T-Series irons are incredible. Was fitted by Titleist on July 2nd and was fit into the new 2025 T250* spec irons 5-P with the new ProjectX Red 6.0 shaft. Standard length, 2 degrees flat, and one degree strong. Virtuall same distance as my previous iron sets but this combo increased launch, shot height, spin and decent angle improved to 48 degrees. These improvements were thought to be a big help when playing on fast & firm tournament condition greens. Unfortunately, the Project X Red shaft has been an in demand shaft and my new T250* were not delivered until October 10th.

In the interim, I purchased a set of 2025 T100's with the same set-up via an authorized Titleist reseller (Fairway Jockey). Not sure how they were able to obtain these high demand shafts, but they did and the set arrived relatively quickly. The new T100 irons arrived in September and I immediately put them into play. First competirive outing with them I won a local club championship (Augusta Pines) by 3 shots. Needless to say, but these irons feel great, are very accurate, and I highly recommend.

Now that the T250* spec irons have arrived, I have begun doing testing to compare the two to determine which will be better for me to play in competition. Initial results indicate that the T250* will get the nod due to the increased shot height, spin, and decent angles. With a 7 iron for example, carry distance is the same but shot release is less by a a full yard (that's 9 feet). 9 feet closer equals more birdies.

From address the T250* and the T100's look very similar. Club speed with the T250* was up between .5 and 1 mph most likely due to the 3 gram lighter iron heads in the T250*. Both sets of irons feel solid at impact. Sound at impact is slightly different with the T100 having a more of a muted solid sound. The T250* sound is still good, but I prefer the T100 sound.

Still more testing to do and will continue through the fall. These could make a great combo set (T100 P-8 and T250* 7-5) but at the moment, I am testing the full set of T250* on course.

The interesting thing for me in this process is how the T250* is intended for golfers with moderate to slow swing speeds or a naturally low ball flight who need help getting the ball up in the air. This can include juniors or competitive amateurs seeking better stopping power on firm greens. I am not a slow speed player and definitley did not hit a low ball (peak height with irons before the fitting was 80 feet. These T250* irons improved critical aspects of shots (peak height now 90+ feet, decent andle, and spin) that will help me have shots finish closer to the intended distance due to less release after ball hits the green.

Some of you may be wondering why not the T150 or T250? Well for me, with their stronger lofts than the T100 and T250*, I did not spin them enough and therefore peak height and decent angles were too low. As mentioned, I needed more launch and spin. I found it very interesting that the T100 and the T250* (1 degree strong) matched up quite well from a loft angle perspective and as mentoned could be a great combo set. The lofts of these irons in conjunction with the additional spin and launch the Project X Red provides is a great combination for me.

Looking forward to learning if I can obtain the same level of shot consistency with the T250* as I have with the T100.

Time will tell.

Just received my T250 Launch set 6-W with MMT shafts. Love the higher ball flight and over all feel so far. I believe I made the right choice with this set️‍♂️

I'm happier with them now than I was initially, and here's how I got there...

1) First off, I'm not a great golfer. When I went for my fitting I wasn't striking it particularly well and this seemed to annoy the fitter. This only compounded things on my end when I sensed he was less than joyous to be fitting my high handicaps self. I don't know if it was me or if he was just having a bad day, he just didn't seem to want to be there.
He also decided I needed a shaft he didn't have on hand for me to try. I wasn't crazy about this but he had great reviews online, so....trust the process.

2) I had another fitting prior to the Titleist fitting and was put into the T-350s with the new MMT AMC Blue 85 stiffs. The Titleist fitter put me in the same heads but opted for the MMT AMC Red 65 Stiff. I've always played shafts in the 100g range so dropping to 65g was a bit of an adjustment. I've since figure it out, but I still don't feel like I can swing my natural swing with the Reds. I have to really slow my swing down so as not to over-load the shaft in my transition. There's usually a small adjustment period on the range where I have to remind myself to slow down so I can get the most out of these shafts.

3) Both fitters had me 2* weak and the Titleist fitter put me 2* weak, 2* flat and -1/2" short. The short really thew me for a loop as I'm on the high end of average height and have never played anything shorter than standard, but I decided to just trust the process.

4) I didn't like them at first as I couldn't hit it anywhere other than off the toe or I would really dig the toe in on impact. So, after playing them for about 12 rounds, I went in to get the lie adjusted from 2* flat to 1* flat.

5) When I was at the LGS, they informed me that the irons were already at 1* flat (lofts were spot on 2* weak). I felt this odd since I ordered directly from Titleist, but whatever. Not a huge deal, we're going more upright anyways and the starting point really isn't important.

6) We adjusted them back to the OEM lie angles and I headed to the range. Range session was so-so, but I played 9-holes after work the next day and it was so much better! I think there will be a small adjustment period for the new settings, but I did shoot a personal best 42 on that 9. Would have been a 40 if my approach chip hadn't gone off the other side of the green and then me duffing the shot after that.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with them now. It just wasn't all rainbows and unicorns from the start and took a little work on my end to get then right.
I will say though, the distance control and dispersion on good strikes is pretty great. I've noticed that when I hit a ball and I'm not real happy with it, it's not near as bad as I thought it was going to be once I get up to it.
Also, I did almost have my first slam dunk on a par 3 the other day, too. I've used the Map My Bag option on TopTracer at the range a few times, so I have a pretty good idea of what my carry distances are. This hole was a few yards short of a perfect pitching wedge in, with a some wind from left to right. I take aim, let her rip and landed it about three inches from the cup, leaving me about a six foot putt that I dropped for birdy. What's funny is that it wasn't even a good strike and the ball still went where I wanted it to. A++ on forgiveness.
I also like the height I get out of these. Height, descent and spin all seem to be acceptable. I haven't noticed too many running out farther than I would like.
Flush shots also feel just as good as my ZXi5 irons.

I’m currently setup with the 2023 T150 6i 48 deg (nos) blended with T200 4i and 5i, all +1.25, fitted grips as well as AMT black s300 shafts on the 4i and 5i…I was fitted and recommend the T150 from a local PGA professional who has a 30yrs experience with Titleist irons and drivers.

My overall confidence in distance, shot shaping, consistency and feel is 100% across the board, I’m most impressed by the weight, look at address, sound - most importantly distance ball speed and flight!

I’ve yet to get the 2025 T150 irons in my hands, yet I will be certainly looking forward to the experience and most confident it would be the right fit for me in my game ️

I was playing the 620CB and switched to the T150 2025s and man what a difference. The T150s are like cheating. Hit it a little heavy and still get 90% out of them. I love the new T150s. Can't wait until the latest Vokeys come out.

I have playing with my 2025 T-Series irons since I was fitted and received them in August. I was fitted by Andrew Rogers over at the Titleist National Fitting Centre at Sentosa Country Club. It was an amazing fitting experience. And I really love my T-150 (7i to GW) and T-250 (6i). They are forgiving and give me the good descend angles and flight that I needed. Thanks Andrew.

I had a Titleist fitting at my local shop and ended up with a blended set. The fitter recommended T100's P-7, T150 6 iron, T250 3-5 with Project X 6.5 shafts. I have been gaming these for about 2 months now. I was previously playing miz MP 18's in a mixed set similar to the T series mixed set with the exception of the p-8 irons were blades. A couple things I have noticed: the T100's are quite a bit more forgiving than the miz blades. I witnessed this Sunday on a par 3 tee shot. I did not hit a 9 iron great but still was on the green and had a chance to save par, the miz blade would have been considerably shorter, the T250's are unreal when I make a good swing, almost too long at times so still getting used to that. The T250's have a different sound compared to the 100's which took some getting used to.
Overall, I am pleased with my new clubs.

2025 T-Series Fit/First Impressions – Blended to Full T150

I started with a blended set: T150 (48°–8i) and T250 (7i–6i). After a month, I did a simple blind “feel” test with a friend handing me clubs (7i T250 vs 8i T150). Not scientific, but across multiple swings I consistently preferred the T150 for feel, face control, and impact feedback.

Result: I swapped my 7i–6i into T150, then added 4i–5i T150 to complete the set.

Takeaways:

• Blend confidence: At address, the T150/T250 transition is seamless, you won’t get thrown off looking down.
• T250: Noticeably more forgiving in the longer irons.
• T150: Better workability and consistency for me in mid/short irons—and ultimately across the bag.
• Most noticeable improvement: Control and strike feedback without sacrificing confidence at address.
• Most exciting: How cleanly the T-Series blends if you want forgiveness up top and a players feel scoring down.

I got fitted for my t-series set back in June 2025 and received my T100 / T150 combo set shortly after. Before this, I was gaming some hand me down Wilson and Calloway clubs.

The new t-series clubs are by far, the nicest and best performing set of clubs I’ve ever owned. I am now able to hit the ball more consistently, farther, and control spin when attacking greens.

By combining the t-series with the GT woods, U505, and Vokey wedges, I have an unbelievable set of tools that I can enjoy while I’m on the course.

The best part about these clubs is, I am continually seeing improvements every time I play now. They are by far the most consistent set of clubs I’ve ever used. Awesome set!
