Bali hai is a nice coursse if you can ignore the jet noise

Stallion Mountain was good. Bear's Best also a must.

I played Wolf Creek this year, and would recommend it. It's totally fantasy golf and looks and feels a lot like the TW video games of yesteryear. The place was in great shape and the experience is certainly worth the 1.25 hour drive. If you do play it, play the tips or at lest walk up there on No. 2. It's not much harder on most holes and the looks you get are unreal.
