Can a team member with titleist please talk to me? I ordered 4-PW 620mbs on May 12th. It is now October 11th and I have nothing. 5 months later. Missed an entire competitive playing season, and my order keeps getting pushed back. I ordered +.75" and X-Stiff KBS Tour shafts. According to my Fitter in Golf Galaxy Fairlawn, OH, they have said the shafts are not yet in. Can I switch my shafts to any other x-stiff flex shaft or even stiff? I need these, and the extended length is the primary factor of my needs.
  3. Hey fellas, I ordered a set of t100S (5-pw) on August 6 and still waiting. DG s300, standard length and lie and standard grips. I do live in Canada, this may take longer not sure? Season is getting close to being done, hopefully I can get in a round or two before the snow comes with the new sticks.
  4. I’m happy to let you guy’s know that the new sticks arrived today, my wait was 10 weeks. Hang in there if you’re still waiting. Hit the range for a quick half hour and was very happy with them, ball jumped off the club face, so happy, can’t wait for a full season next year. Titleist you are the best

Deliver time for stock T300 irons. Ordered T300 AMT regular shaft stand loft , lie and standard grips. Anyone else with similar specs on delivery times.
When my club pro placed my order was quoted 8 weeks.

I also ordered a Phantom X 11.5 2021 Sept 3 rd and was not provided an estimated delivery time. Any feedback from group is appreciated.
    Thanks

I was fit for my T-300 on 10/5. I got a text from the golf shop that they are here. I am amazed they got them built so quick.

  8. The frustration continues. Finally received notification on Oct 12th that my T300s had shipped. They were 7 weeks past the estimated shipping date. Does Titleist do the right thing and send them via 2 day shipping? Nope, they've been sitting at the FedEx location in Oceanside, California for the last 5 days. Supposed to arrive tomorrow across country somehow. For an outfit that charges top prices, Titleist really doesn't get the customer service thing. Never again.
  9. I get the frustration, but everything else is delayed too. Titleist aren’t the only ones that are delayed. Also would have thought you would have known prior to ordering that there are delays. Hang in there, they will come and you will again love Titleist
  10. Update: FedEx managed to "lose" my clubs. They were supposedly out for delivery but never arrived. I waited all day to sign for them but they never showed up. FedEx is looking for them but has missed a promised call back time so it isn't looking good. This probably wouldn't have happened if Titleist had sent them 2 day shipping. Not sure what happens next, but given lack of response by Titleist and FedEx throughout this process, I'm guessing not much.

    Buyer beware.
  11. Was fit for T200 (5), T100s (6 to GW), 54 and 60 Vokey SM8 (D Grind), all with Nippon Modus 3 Tour 130 shafts on 9/23/2021. Was told 8 weeks. Coming up to week 6. I’m hoping for an early delivery! Will comment back once I have them to share how long they actually took.

This is an update on my 2021 T100s club situation. And I'm only doing this because I know what's like to have no news at all and the frustration that accompanies. I placed my order on 8/20 and was told that it could be up to 10 weeks before I received my clubs (including shipping). Once the 10 week mark hit and I wasn't receiving any updates, I started asking the rep at the store where I placed the order to call and check on it. I had to do this because Titleist said they could no longer give me info on my order unless the store called. I had the rep call 5 times and every time the goal posts were moved. And yes, I understand that "everybody is going through the same thing", which as a consumer I would tell you is not my concern (once the initial 8-10 weeks came and went). I place an order and pay the money and expect what I'm told/promised. Welp....Unfortunately, it's time to cancel my order. Last week the rep was told by Titleist that all the parts, except a "couple of heads" were in and that my order would be built yesterday. I had him call again to check up and was now told that they are waiting on shafts. And THIS, THIS.....is what is not only aggravating, but infuriating. Patience only goes so far, especially when the info is as contradicting as that. Anyways, for the folks that will say, your loss, I say no. I've got a perfectly good set of AP3's that I'll continue to use. I didn't need the new ones, I wanted them. So for all of you that are extra patient, great for you. Enjoy those bad boys when you get them. As for me, I'll get re-fit in the spring and see what I end up in then. Have a safe and blessed day y'all!
  14. I found a page on the Titleist UK website that provides info on club components. It’s updated pretty frequently but i wouldn’t take it as a guarantee of when parts may be arriving for assembly or if the info applies to North America but its at least something for people not being given any info on they’re orders.

Thanks for that link, it's great information even if it may not necessarily apply to North America. It wouldn't surprise me if the delays are similar given everything is coming from China anyway. I was kind of expecting after the new year anyway, but also not surprised seeing my shaft selection was February.

As for patience, my is long gone. But I figure if I get out of line, it's only going to delay me receiving the irons further.

I ordered a 2021 Scotty Phantom 5.5 early June/21; they originally told me early/mid July. Well that day came and gone, then they told me, missing components, August. Then same story September. Finally they said, they got all the parts, first week October, delivery second week October. Nothing. Was offered a refund, but part of debate was, if I am in mid order, and cancel...it I wanted to re-order...am I back at bottom of waiting list. Saw some come up for sale on Craigslist..etc, but passed on those, just for fear of buying Fakes.
Knowing grips might be an issue, I said I will take without...they said they couldn't.

On a whim, I called CarlsgolfLand, the said they HAD 10 in stock. Cancelled my order, reordered thru CarlsGolfLand. I live in Canada, Got shipped to friend in USA...brought over.

Was happy with out come, able to get my putter, but now end of season.

Moral of story...Golf does test your patience in more ways than one..

One of my neighbors is remodeling his home and it is a major renovation. Has taken a while since he purchased the home with expectations of doing the remodel. He is renting another home during the project. He and I were talking and he is suffering like the rest of the world. He is a contractor and cannot get the products, the appliances to complete the project in a timely manner. It seems everything is in a time warp. The world is somewhat of a standstill because of delays and they get longer and longer. And yes "patience" is the word of the year and will continue into 2022. Expectations cannot be as high as what we have been used to and there is no use to frustrate ourselves over something we have control over. Saw something funny today in our newspaper that we need to send one of the mangers from Chick-fil-a to the ports in California to help straighten out the traffic situation, might be something to that. They seem to do it best during peak times. When the lines were long for the COVID shots and there was so much confusion, they called the local owner manager in Mt Pleasant and in less than he was on the site all was right with the world in Charleston. Makes sense to me.

Finally gave up after on my T100S order after company informed me my order due in Nov was being pushed until Jan due to shaft shortages, luckily I found a left hand set at Carls Golf Land, not the shaft I ordered but The Project X LZ shaft works for my swing, have a 2019 T100s 6 iron with that shaft. Due to retail but had to order additional clubs I will not use (3-4 iron) however I will have my irons on Wed.

I went ahead and cancelled my order since I'm at the 10 week timeline I was given. I called in to Titleist and confirm that the shafts that they "already had two weeks" but all of a sudden didn't have, would be there Wednesday. Also told that even if everything went perfect, it would still be 2-3 weeks before they were shipped to me. Congratulations to the lucky son of a gun that moved up a spot in the que.
  20. What shafts were you getting? Just interest as I’m waiting on my T100’s

  22. Got fitted at Golden Golf here in San Gabriel, CA on 10/4 for T300 irons and got my order delivered yesterday which was under the 6-8 week leadtime I was quoted. The guys there were shocked they came in early. Apparently a new order placed today is being quoted for February '22 delivery. Crazy
  23. I ordered a set of T100 Irons (4-PW) with KBS Tour shafts in August 2021, it is now February 2022 and I have still not received my order. Is anyone else seeing delivery times similar to my experience? The retailer can't provide details of when my order might arrive and Titleist can't provide guidance either. :(
  24. I ordered 5-GW T200 irons, a TSi1 hybrid, and a Vokey SM8 on Sep 22. I got the hybrid back in October. It's Feb 4 now and was just notified that my clubs are done and shipping out to me in Boston today.

About 3 weeks ago, I was told that the hold up was the Tensei AV Red AM2 shafts I wanted in regular flex. That was going to take until April to get from China. The workaround was to get the stiff shafts and soft-step them to play somewhere between regular and stiff.

I take a trip to MB every year in March, so I'm glad they're coming soon!

    Ordered clubs 27/12/2021 through AffordableGolf.co.uk.

    Driver - TSi3 3 Wood - TSi3 Hybrid - TSi2

    5 Iron - T200 KBS Tour V X-Stiff 6-48 degree - T100s KBS Tour V X-Stiff

The lead time at point of order was 25-30 days, as such I listed my clubs online and sold them within a week.

Having received an email from DPD that my order would be delivered 24th January, I took the day off work to accept delivery & then head straight to the course.

I received only the T200 5 iron with incorrect grip and as I examined further the incorrect shaft flex.

During email exchanges with AffordableGolf, Titleist’s response was:

“the order has been processed correctly on our side, maybe it’s just the wrong shaft sticker. Can you cut off the grip to see if there’s any info about the shaft underneath?”

At this point I’m thinking “how can I trust the rest of the order to have the correct shaft stickers?”

A day later I received an email to say my order would be delayed until 20/2 and then today another email to say it’s been delayed further until 19/3.

I have sold my clubs. I go on holiday 4th April to Dubai to celebrate my 30th birthday playing Majlis, Earth & Els club yet Titleist cannot guarantee I’ll have anything more than my putter to play with.

    Thoroughly disappointing so far.

  26. I ordered 6-PW T100S Project X LZ 6.0 with MCC Align whites and the 5-Iron T200 same shaft and grip on 2/24/2022 through a fitting I booked on titleist.com at my local club Black Gold, Yorba Linda, CA. USA. The worst part is the emails say I will be able to track my order progress through my Titleist online account and none of the orders are traced here at all. I have to contact my fitter who has to call customer service and like a broken telephone conversation told my club heads are back ordered till 5/27 putting my order to ship some time in June. The site and the chat customer service still say 8 weeks from time of order putting my order at build site end of April. Who do I believe? Does Titleist produce orders first come first serve or do you give certain resellers priority? Like in this thread there is is various threads on r/golf (reddit) where some people have waited 4-6 months and others with an order to door of 3 weeks. I share in the frustration above where we would like better communication from Titleist.
  27. Ordered T200 4-GW on Feb 26, 2022 from retailer. Quoted 4-6 weeks. Still waiting.

Saw a news report yesterday that there were 500 ships anchored in the port at Shanghai waiting, waiting, waiting. That is a lot of cargo either waiting to be loaded or unloaded. Not enough containers to load the merchandise into and once it gets here, not enough trucks and drivers to deliver it. 2022 at a glance. Seems to be SOP. Patience is the name of the game on deliveries........I was quoted eight weeks when I ordered my wedges and when we called to check on them the time frame had doubled.......if they cannot get all the components at the same time for the order, it will delay the order.
