Honesty? They told you the shafts you ordered are not in. What more do you want? They can’t give an exact date based on another company’s inability to produce or ship your shaft. Why don’t you complain on the forums of the shaft company you selected? Or pick a different shaft that’s actually in stock.
  3. They didn't tell me shafts were not in until they moved ship date 4 different times

The dates are dependent on what their suppliers tell them. Other delays from the supplier or if the shipment doesn’t pass inspection when delivered to Titleist assembly in Carlsbad will impact the eventual delivery date.
I’ve noticed on the website customization tabs that some options are listed as currently unavailable. I’ve got SM9’s with a 8-10 week expectation with mundane options (AMT Red shafts being the most exotic). Besides the KB shafts not being available, at one point SM8 TT DG S200 shafts where on delay. And that is the stock shaft?
  5. Out of curiosity what shaft did you request for your T300’s. I have been waiting 8 weeks for T300’s with AMT red. They where ordered 1.5 flat with an upgraded grip from my local golf shop. I did get a nice surprise Friday as the SM9 Vokey I custom ordered with a AMT red showed up after only 6 weeks.

  7. 16 weeks from order (1/10), and 3 weeks since they confirmed all components are available. No update since 4/13.

When I called with my order number they treated me like I was asking them for the nuclear codes. 'No, we can't tell you anything about your order - you need to call your fitter.' They also thought it was ridiculous that I asked them to expedite shipping given the delay.

It's been a pretty lousy experience and Titleist has been less than helpful along the way.
  8. Ordered T100 5-GW, 4 weeks so far. Was quoted 6 weeks, we'll see. But, I ordered a TSI2 hybrid 4 days ago and just got the shipping notice. So at least some stuff is shipping quickly.
  9. Good luck to you. I ordered my T100 4-PW back on March 5 (10.5 weeks ago) and it's crickets now. I was quoted 8 weeks then and it got bumped up to 12 weeks. 12 weeks will be next Saturday so at this point I am expecting further delays.
  10. UPDATE -- just heard back and you guessed it: delayed until mid-June. I wouldn't trust anything on the website now. It initially said 8 weeks and now I'm looking at 15 weeks, assuming there isn't another delay.
  11. I'm at week 6 now, no word at all on the T100's. I had also ordered a TSI3 driver & 3 wood at the same time. The driver arrived last week, nothing on the 3 wood yet.
  12. The large club dealer I utilize, Golf and Ski, can’t even give them status updates on every set they’ve sold.

Titleist you guys need to get your *** together. 8 week mark for this customer on a set of T-100s
  13. They can’t even give our large supplier, Golf and Ski, a single update on any irons ordered.

Loyal all the way but 8 weeks of waiting for T-100s is pretty ridiculous. Even an update would be helpful but can’t even do that.

Terrible execution - your CSMs should be fired

This was one reason why I cancelled my irons order. I'm just going to wait until it gets back to normal or a sense of normalcy in the supply chain at least. At the time, it was blamed on getting shafts from KBS. Not sure if that's still the case or not. I'm sure a lot of the components are just sitting at ship yards in containers.

FWIW, I haven't been on this thread much since I got my T200s back in February. It took 6 months to get those. For those that were quoted any date - I think they just make it up as they go along. I was given multiple dates and a different story each time for the delay.

Ordered SM9s in March, was quoted 8 weeks. Entered week 10 this week. Moral of the story - don't hold you breath.

Yes, the delays suck. It’s not just Titleist. Most of the components are from Asia, still experiencing lock-downs from COVID. Titleist also rejects faulty components - which has also increased in this frame. So if 8 weeks is suggested but the factory is then shutdown by the local government for 4 weeks, what can Titleist (or Cally or TM) do?

Unlike pharmaceuticals or computer chips, I have a hard time saying golf clubs are essential to national security, but we are reaping what we sowed by outsourcing production. And it isn’t just the golf industry. My local car dealer almost never has a new European vehicle unsold on the lot. Worldwide problems.

My SM9 order is almost at 8 weeks but there is no sense to check before 12 weeks. I know a few staffers at Titleist and to a person, none of them are enjoying this nightmare.

I copied this off Titleist shipping under customer service below. Hope this answers you question.

    Golf Clubs

Current lead times are up to 4 weeks for Metals, 6 weeks for custom Irons, and 8 weeks for Wedges and Putters. Delivery cannot be guaranteed due to potential component shortages.
  24. My TSI3 driver took about 4 weeks. TSI3 3 wood about 5 weeks. And a 3 hybrid took 5 days.
  25. Ordered my T100s late March, finally being delivered today.

I was fitted and ordered a set of T100S irons on 3/26/22. The Titleist rep gave me a 6/6/22 lead time, and I received a shipping notification yesterday! Now tracking a 6/13/22 delivery, can’t wait!!!

There should be no impact. All TSi heads are already be built and TSr yet to be in production so TSi components such as a specialty shaft or hard to get grip is the only real factor that could drive a delay beyond normal assembly and delivery times.
